I've been in tech since 2004. I spent 13 years at Microsoft, right as SaaS was being born, launching partner programs that helped businesses scale.

The framework comes from Christina Dills, founder of Smart Edge Technologies, an Anthropic implementation partner. She holds AI certifications from Anthropic, Harvard and Columbia, plus IBM data courses. Everything on this site comes from real deployments: what worked, what failed, and what it takes to stay in control.
