Why this isn't another AI course

There's a lot of noise out there right now: theory, hype, buzzwords. What's missing is someone showing you exactly how to use Claude, practically, to build a business or run one better. That's what this is. Each class is 1 hour of teaching, then 30 minutes of open Q&A and hands-on work, so we build together in real time, not a video library, not a PDF. If you want to use AI to build a business or grow a career, this is where you learn by doing the work (yours).

I spent 13 years at Microsoft, one of the largest tech companies in the world, learning how software gets sold and scaled. Then I launched my own business, and it's been running for 8 years. You get the corporate side, the tech side and the entrepreneur side, and I'll help you combine them to grow.

Guide vs. cohort

Already read the guide?

The $57 guide teaches you the framework: the four components, the six skills, the 90-day path. The cohort is where you build with it, live: 10 classes working on your own business, a group building alongside you, direct feedback on your actual work, and the Agent Operator certification when you finish. The guide is the map. The cohort is the guided trip, and guide readers arrive with a head start.

Built for business builders

Who this is for

For people building a business with AI: owners growing one, people starting one, and professionals leaving corporate to build their own.

  • A dark green wooden door in a cream stone wall, with a potted cactus on each side

    Business owners growing with AI

  • A cup of tea, a pen and a patterned notebook on a lace tablecloth in morning sun

    People starting a business

  • A low sun seen through office blinds between city towers, light across a wooden floor

Professionals leaving corporate to build their own

The curriculum

What you'll actually learn: 10 classes

Tools used along the way: Claude, connectors, automations, Skills and Claude Code. No coding experience needed. We use Claude Code together, and you never have to write code yourself.

  1. Idea

Your idea and your earned expertise

  2. The five access questions (industry, decision maker, access, knowledge of the problem, urgency)

  3. Customer discovery with AI

  4. Product-market fit signals

  5. Designing the MVP

  6. Building the MVP with AI agents, no code

  7. Running a pilot and landing customer one

  8. Pricing and revenue model

  9. Go-to-market: reaching the decision maker and turning a pilot into a pipeline

  10. Launch

    Launch plan, demo, and certification

The architecture

The four-component framework

Every AI agent system, no matter the tools, runs on four components.

  1. An open notebook with pencil sketches of page layouts and a ribbon bookmark

    Brain

The thinking partner that drafts, researches and decides with you.

  2. Nervous system

The connections that move work between your tools, so you stop copy-pasting.

  3. Memory

What your AI remembers about your business, so you never start from zero.

  4. Voice

How your AI speaks to your customers, in your tone.

Who's teaching

Taught by someone who runs these systems daily

Every session is taught live by Christina Dills, founder of Smart Edge Technologies, an Anthropic implementation partner. She holds AI certifications from Anthropic, Harvard and Columbia, plus IBM data courses. She has been in tech since 2004. She spent 13 years at Microsoft, right as SaaS was being born, launching partner programs that helped businesses scale. She took an AI-native product from launch to revenue positive in 3 months, with 2 more products heading to market now. The curriculum comes directly from those deployments: what worked, what failed, and what non-technical professionals need to stay in control.

In their words

Testimonials

"Before this program I was building with Claude in ways that worked, but self-taught, without a shared vocabulary for what I was doing. This cohort gave me a framework to name it, and confirmed that the most important design decision in AI adoption isn't which model you choose, it's how you structure the relationship between human judgment and the system."

"I built a capability one-pager for my business and got real UI/UX feedback using Claude's Chrome extension. Genuinely useful, immediate results. But the bigger shift was in how I think about Claude: I went from treating it like a single thinking partner to running it like three skilled employees, each with their own output to leverage."

"I've been deep in the AI space for about a year, using it to transform how I work and helping others see its real operational value. But this program cracked something open for me. It showed me how to take everything I'd been doing and actually wire it into the functioning of my business, not just as a tool I use, but as the engine that runs it. That's a completely different level."
